We went to the river this summer with some friends who have a boat (and since we don't have a boat ourselves, we haven't been back). Ellie was pretty skiddish about getting into the water and downright refused. Then she saw Julia absolutely loving it and decided it must not be that bad. The last three pictures are of her s-l-0-w-l-y venturing into the water and requesting help from her dad.
